Refund policy

Product return

Product feedback from consumers. If you are a consumer, you may return the purchased product within thirty (30) calendar days from the day after the product was delivered to you (either you or someone signed for by you other than the carrier).

Notification. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the Agreement prior to the thirty (30) day withdrawal period set forth above, by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). You can also use the contact form on the website.

Sending the product.

Removal Fee. You must pay the direct costs of returning the product; shipping and handling costs are your responsibility.

Refund. In the event that you renege on this agreement, we will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction; there will be no charge to you for this refund.
